I find it incredible that our Society has not reacted to the Warning that Russia and China are building Super-EMP Weapons, which could lead to the End of the Western World, and to the Warning of the 2012 Solar Flare that reminds us that the next Solar Flare could actually hit our Planet, kill Billions of people, and send us back to another Stone Age.
I was born near Vienna in Austria in August of 1934, the year and month in which Adolf Hitler became Germany’s Dictator. As a child, I experienced World War II and I know that this war could have been prevented, if Germans and Americans had acted on Hitler’s warning in his book Mein Kampf, before Hitler gained power. My Uncle was drafted by the Germans and died in the war in Russia. My Dad was sent to Kiev as Station Master of the German railroad system and returned safely.
Since I know that the lives of 50 to 70 million could have been saved by preventing Hitler from gaining power, I consider World War II as a warning to us today. I have made it my responsibility to ensure that our Nation is warned about potential future disasters, before it is too late.
I am a telecommunications engineer, and I worked at Philips, in Eindhoven, at Rohde & Schwarz in Munich, and at ITT Canada in Montreal.
I immigrated to the United States around 1964, where I worked at Comsat, the Communications Satellite Corporation. As Director of the Systems Division, my responsibilities included coordination of the international satellite system, Intelsat, with all Intelsat Member Countries. I am a U.S. Citizen. Subsequently, I operated my own satellite communication consulting company, Future Systems International. In connection with my profession, I travelled extensively to Europe, South America, Africa, Asia and Republics of the Former Soviet Union.
For the past six years, I have been working with Rick Hartley on the issues discussed on this website.
My wife, Marianne, and I have been married for 54 years. We have three children and eight grandchildren.

Rick Hartley is a Jacksonville native. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Jones College. Rick is an active member of the Catholic Church. He is also a retired Navy Master Chief, former Scout Master, Neighborhood Association President, member of the local board of the American Diabetes Association and past Chairman of the Duval County Republican Executive Committee.
